Easy-Peasy... Please, fill out our online order form. There you will indicate your details, which model you are interested in and your choice of options. Upon receipt of your request we will send you an email with the quote guaranteeing the price you obtained for 30 days and instructions for confirming your order.

A 30% down payment is required to confirm your order, it is refundable within 10 days (deduction of $110 for administration fees). A second payment of 20% might be asked when we start manufacturing your trailer. The balance is payable upon receipt of your trailer.

3 METHODS OF PAYMENT:

The production time is currently very variable due to strong demand but we do our best to maintain it to approximately 10 weeks. For this reason, we have to devote all our time to production and we ask that you do not come to the workshop without a prior appointment (click on the 'Contact' tab and send us a request).

If you prefer to wait a few more weeks or months before taking possession of your trailer, you must let us know the date of your choice so that it is not produced too early. We guarantee that the price of your order will remain unchanged even in the event of an increase in our rates at the time of delivery.

Each member of our assembling team is trained to make a trailer from the frame to the last finishing touch. So, even if one of us must be absent, the rest of the team can continue to produce your trailer.

We are proud to have customers from as far away as Texas, California or British Columbia.

If you can't make it, we'll arrange delivery with couriers. Shipping cost varies with distance and traffic in your area.

To give you an idea, you should allow about $4,000 for delivery in the Vancouver area.

Subject to approval, we do offer full or partial term financing of 1, 3, 5 or 10 years. The current rate will be confirmed on the date of submission.

We do offer a 12-month Limited Warranty. We invite you to click here to read about the conditions and limitations. The warranty will be emailed to you following the delivery of your trailer.

We are proud to offer a product of high quality. To extend its good condition and its lifespan we have gathered some recommandations and suggestions in the Owner's Manual that you will find here (.pdf document).

We also offer a comprehensive inspection and maintenance package which we recommend at the beginning and end of the season. During this service, we will inspect the condition of the seals and moldings, the shock absorbers and stabilizers, any signs of infiltration, as well as a lot of other small details. This inspection allows us to notify you if further intervention is necessary.

To be able to offer you the best value for money in North America, we studied the Teardrop trailer market in Canada and the USA to determine the main features offered and the prices. Based on this study, we have designed our three current models which, from the Liberty 1 to the Liberty 2GOXL, offer you the range of options most commonly requested.

The fact of offering a turnkey product allows us to reduce the cost of labor which is greatly increased when each trailer must be made à la carte. Therefore, we do not offer the possibility of modifying the structure of the trailer.

At the moment we prefer to serve our customers ourselves. But if you are too far from our factory to come visit us, we may be able to put you in touch with an owner of one of our teradrop trailers in your area.

Alternatively, we can arrange a live virtual tour with you to discuss the details of our designs and allow you to appreciate our manufacturing methods.

The incredible success of our teardrop trailers constantly extends delivery times, so we must devote as much time as possible to manufacturing them.

We don't always have a finished trailer to show you but there is always one in production allowing you to better appreciate our materials and assembly methods.

A quick tip ... when shopping for a teardrop trailer, make sure that the weight shown is the finished product including all equipment.

Patrick, the founder of Car-GoTrailers, had a Mini Cooper when he built his first trailer which was then heavier than most of our current models, that's how light and easy our Liberty are to tow.

Some hybrid and electric vehicles have the necessary towing capacity for our teardrop trailers. We recommend that you confirm this towing capacity with your dealer.

Car-Go Trailers does not have the expertise to guarantee that your vehicle has the capacity to tow our trailers. We assume no liability for breakage and/or damage caused by faulty or improper installation.

THE BALL: The hand of our trailers is suitable for a 2" standard ball at 17" height (measurement taken above the ball). Be careful, if you opt for the Off-Road style, your ball must be 18" high.

If your hitch is 1 1/4", make sure the ball is 2". In all cases, we recommend that you validate the traction capacity of your vehicle, as well as the one of the hitch.

THE CONNECTOR: If you need to have it installed, ask for a 7-strand. If you are already equipped with a 4-strand connector, no problem, we have the necessary adapter, no need to go change the wiring of your car.

Car-Go Trailers does not have the expertise to guarantee that your installation is adequate for towing a trailer. We assume no liability for breakage and/or damage caused by faulty or improper installation.

Our tallest client up to date is 6'4'', so he is used to sleeping in diagonal… we have to admit that it is a good thing his wife is petite.

Our convertible Queen mattresses are made of 4" High Density foam for comfortable support.

Of course the extra 12 inches in length of our Liberty 2GOXL model provides more sleeping space compared to Liberty1 and Liberty 2GO.

Each of our Teardrop trailers has a galley at the back that you can arrange and complete with cooking or refrigeration accessories.

You may come across some of our trailers equipped with a sink and a hob. We dropped these options because they didn't meet the needs of the majority of Liberty fans. So we chose to keep the cooler drawer and give you maximum counter and storage for accessories that suit your own needs.

The Liberty 2GO XL cooler drawer measures 24.5" wide x 14.5" deep x 18" high. Liberty 2GO height is 17".

The solar panel gives you the opportunity to benefit from the comfort of electricity in the middle of nature, this is how we have customers who enjoy homemade waffles in the forest. This is glamping :)

Our Liberty 1 model has been designed for small budgets, it does not include underfloor storage or a cooler drawer, for example. Structural options are not available but some exterior options and accessories are offered.

Our most popular models are the Liberty 2GO and Liberty 2GO XL, we have already given them several standard features such as roof bars, 3-speed fan, underfloor storage and cooler drawer. You can choose to add other options for even more comfort.

The Small chest: 36”x 19”x 18”High

The Large Chest: 60”x 20”x 18”High

The load of the roof bars is 135 lbs dynamic.

This load is usually insufficient for a rooftop tent. If you need extra sleeping space, why not opt for the canva tent?

The rear receiver load is 100 lbs, which is usually enough for 2 bikes. ATTENTION, don't forget to include the weight of your bike rack in this charge!

Tip: If you have electric bikes, consider removing the battery to lighten the load.

Our ethics is our trademark. We stand out from many of our competitors by only putting vehicles on our roads with Transport Canada's National Safety Mark Certificate.

To obtain this certificate, each component of our trailers must be identified and approved by Transport Canada and each trailer has its own serial number for traceability.

To make your life easier, we have ensured that your vehicle's battery is recharged when you are driving if you are equipped with a 7-pin connector. Note that this power source is insufficient to fully charge the battery. For a full charge, you can of course plug into a conventional 110/120 volt outlet or equip your trailer with an optional solar panel.

We use composite honeycomb panels whose thermal conductivity under ambient conditions is less than 0.12 W/mK. In English, this means that its thermal insulation capacity is approximately equal to R8.

For your information, a R31 rate like at home requires a 6-inch walls... so to speak impossible to achieve for RVs.

The 110v circuit allows you to connect a heater as needed. If you are winter adventurer, you will probably be already equipped with a suitable sleeping bag.

Our trailers are light enough that it is not mandatory to equip them with brakes.

That said, we do propose the option of electric brakes since they offer the advantage of increased safety. If your vehicle is not equipped with an interior controller, no worries, we've got you covered with the optional brake assistance module Autowbrake directly installed on the electric brakes and connected to your car via the light connector.

All our models are equipped with 3 stabilizers jacks (1 at the front and 2 at the back) ensuring you can settle on all types of horizontal ground.

We are artisans on the cutting edge of technology.

Each model has been designed by computer to optimize the physical characteristics of the trailer and the assembly process.

All our panels are cut on our 3-axis CNC table, so there is no room for approximation since the location of each screw and all the insertion points are to the thousandths. This technology allows us to instantly integrate the necessary modifications to always improve our models.

We are also equipped with a 3D printer. This gives us the incredible advantage of being able to create custom parts that make our models even more unique and efficient.

In addition, each member of our team is trained. to assemble a trailer from the frame to the finishing touch. We thus avoid falling into routine and gestures performed too repetitively. Each of the trailers is inspected on a regular basis. several times during assembly and again before delivery.

It is unfortunately impossible to have a neutral carbon footprint, but at Car-Go Trailers we are committed to promoting reusable and/or recyclable materials at the end of the long life of your trailer. This is the environmental commitment we have made!

We are constantly looking for new materials to make our trailers even lighter in order to further reduce towing energy consumption.

Like you, we are careful to minimize our consumption of materials to preserve our planet's resources. We use a robot whose software for cutting parts not only allows us to have an impeccable finish, but also to optimize the use of each panel as much as possible, reducing scrap to a strict minimum.

The frame is the heaviest part of our trailers but also the most critical in terms of sturdiness. Research and development has led us to replace steel with aluminum, which is not only lighter and more durable, but also infinitely recyclable. It's an eco-friendly addition that perfectly illustrates our philosophy.

In the same vein, we are gradually abandoning the use of wood in favor of honeycomb composite panels. In addition to being much lighter than wood, this new material offers excellent robustness, and it is rot-proof, so there is no risk of mold in the event of infiltration. Here again, we aim for environmental optimization with a recyclable material.
