You must start by requesting a quote. This is possible in the “Online Quote” section or by contacting us directly. A quote will then be returned to you by email with the details for placing your order.

A deposit or deposit in case of financing is required to reserve the manufacture of your trailer. The amount is based on the total amount of your invoice and will be communicated to you by email with your quote.

We deal with Desjardins for our financing options. These are open-ended loans that we offer, so you can spread your payments over a period of up to 15 years and repay your loan at your own pace.

Our manufacturing times are directly influenced by demand for our products and may fluctuate throughout the year. We will notify you of the current deadlines when you request a quote online.

We will notify you by email when your trailer is ready, you can then choose a delivery date. The appointment lasts approximately one hour. We will finalize the paperwork together and provide transit.  We will then conduct a walk-through and review your owner’s manual and warranty information.

Delivery is possible anywhere in Canada and the United States for a fee. We will do the research for you and notify you of the best available price within 30 days of your desired delivery.

YES AND NO.

Offering a turnkey product allows us to reduce labor and inventory costs, which allows us to continue to offer quality products at competitive prices in the market. Therefore, we do not offer the possibility of modifying the structure of the trailer or its color. However, you can personalize your trailer by choosing the options that suit your needs.

Visits are possible during the week by appointment only, or during our open house events.

The hand of our trailers fits a standard 2 inch ball at 17 inches high or 18 inches for Off-road style (measurement taken above the ball). Validate the towing capacity of your vehicle, as well as that of the hitch, and ensure that your equipment supports the weight of the trailer and your personal belongings.

Our trailers are equipped with a 7-wire round connector. If you have opted for the electric brakes option, your vehicle must be equipped with a 7-strand receiver. If you do not opt ​​for electric brakes and your vehicle is equipped with a 4-wire connection, you will need an adapter.

Our trailers are equipped with a Queen-sized high-density foam mattress (57” x 78”), an ultra-quiet 10-speed ceiling fan and 2 screen doors to provide you with restful sleep regardless of the temperature. Make an appointment for a visit and try it!

Our ethics are our trademark. We stand out from many of our competitors by only putting on our roads vehicles with the National Safety Mark certificate from Transport Canada. To obtain this certificate, each of the components of our trailers must be identified and approved by Transport Canada and each trailer has its own serial number for traceability.

Your battery recharges when you plug your trailer into a 120-volt outlet at home or at the campsite. You can also choose the solar panel option (100W) for more autonomy.

Each model was designed by computer to optimize the physical characteristics of the trailer and the assembly process.

All of our panels are cut on our 3-axis CNC table, so there is no room for approximation since the location of each screw and all insertion points are to the nearest thousandth. This technology allows us to instantly integrate the necessary modifications to always improve our models.

We also equipped ourselves with a 3D printer. This gives us the incredible advantage of being able to create custom parts that make our models even more unique and efficient.

Our choices in material and durability

We are constantly looking for new materials to make our trailers even lighter in order to further reduce towing energy consumption. The floor, walls and roof of your trailer are made of honeycomb polypropylene, a stronger and more durable material than wood while remaining much lighter.
